Get To Know Me
My name is Reinna Albornoz, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. As a licensed therapist, I specialize in two key areas: helping couples on the brink of separation rediscover connection, and supporting women who have experienced trauma and are struggling with Complex PTSD (CPTSD).

In my work with couples, I use the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment science to address the root causes of disconnection. I believe that relationships—whether with others or ourselves—shape our emotional responses and behaviors. By focusing on fostering self-love, deep intimacy, and peaceful connections, I help couples heal and strengthen their bond, which in turn positively impacts their family dynamics.

Additionally, I work with women who have experienced trauma and are navigating the challenges of CPTSD. I understand how deeply trauma can affect every aspect of life, and I am here to help you break free from the cycles of pain, reclaim your sense of safety, and rebuild trust in yourself and your relationships.

As a Christian counselor, I also offer biblically sound support for those who want it, providing a faith-based perspective that aligns with your values and beliefs. However, I see clients of all backgrounds, and many appreciate my optimistic and empathetic approach, regardless of their stance on religion.

On a personal note, I’m married and a mother of three. When I’m not working, I love practicing yoga, traveling, cooking, and indulging in self-care experiences.
I’m honored to be part of your journey toward healing, understanding, and a more fulfilling life.
